Privacy notice

Valttyo is operated by [legal entity name pending — tax ID and registered address]. Until that's finalized, any question about this notice can be sent to the support email at the bottom of this page.

Account data: email address, business or owner name, and the credentials needed to sign in.

Operational data: whatever you enter to run your business — catalog, prices, stock, customers, sales, quotes, staff and their permissions, and the history of those records.

Device data: an identifier for the phone, tablet or browser you sign in from, used only to enforce your plan's device limit and to show you which devices have access to your account.

We don't collect location, phone contacts, or data belonging to any business other than yours.

To run the service: store your catalog and sales, sync them across your devices, and show you your own information when you look it up.

To provide support when you ask for it.

To process your plan payment through Google Play Billing or the secure web billing provider. Valttyo never sees or stores your full card details; the provider tokenizes and processes them directly.

We don't sell your information or your customers' information to third parties, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

Your data is saved on your own device first, so the system works offline, and from there it's backed up to your account using Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure. Google acts as a data processor: it handles the information under our instructions, not its own.

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your information at any time by writing to support. If you cancel your account, your data is kept for a grace period in case you want to reactivate it, then permanently deleted under our retention policy.

Access to your information is protected by database rules that scope every query to your own account, plus additional verification (App Check) that blocks unauthorized apps from talking to our servers.

Valttyo is a system for running businesses and isn't directed at minors. We don't knowingly request or collect information from minors.

If this notice changes in a meaningful way, we'll notify you inside the app before it takes effect.
