By creating an account or using Valttyo, you agree to these terms. They're written to describe the service as it actually works, not filler text.
Valttyo is a point-of-sale and restaurant system for phone and tablet that saves information on the device first and syncs it with your account when there's a connection. A companion web system lets you check your business from a browser; charging, quoting and editing remain exclusive to the app.
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. If you share access with your staff, it's your responsibility to assign them the right PIN and permissions for what they need to do.
Current plans, prices and billing periods are those shown in Valttyo's dynamic catalog. Paid plans may be purchased through Google Play Billing or the secure web billing provider shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. Billing details and cancellation are managed through the original provider; a started period is not refunded unless required by law.
When you downgrade or cancel, some features stop being available, but your information isn't deleted right away: it's kept for a grace period before permanent deletion.
You may not use Valttyo for illegal activity, to compromise the security of the service, or to try to access an account that isn't yours.
Your catalog, sales, customers and everything you record in your account belong to you. You can export it at any time. We don't use your business data to train models or share it with other customers.
We do our best to keep the sync service available, but we don't guarantee it's free of interruptions. By design, the part that matters most — charging and recording sales — keeps working even if the sync service is temporarily down, because it happens on your device first.
Valttyo is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in this clause limits liability that can't legally be limited.
If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll notify you inside the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that notice means accepting the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
